So I wanted to make breakfast tacos this morning, but we didn't have any bacon or breakfast sausage. We did have some leftover pot roast though!! So yummy!!
Ingredients:
Leftover Post Roast (obviously)
4 eggs
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup cilantro
salt and pepper
4 tortillas
